Material characteristics: The overall material is made of stainless steel, which has excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Its strength is much higher than ordinary aluminum rivets, and it is suitable for humid and slightly corrosive working environments.
Structural advantages: Compared with conventional pop rivets, its cap diameter is significantly increased, and the contact support area with the workpiece during riveting is larger. It can not only disperse fastening pressure, protect soft and fragile connected plates, but also adapt to workpieces with larger hole diameters, effectively avoiding the problems of ordinary small cap rivets crushing the plate and riveting detachment.

🔧 Usage
Preprocessing: Drill suitable through holes on the workpiece to be connected, with a diameter slightly larger than the rivet diameter. At the same time, clean the burrs and debris on the mating surface of the workpiece, eliminate gaps between the workpieces, and ensure tight splicing.
Placement of rivets: Insert the rivets into the pre drilled holes from the outside of the workpiece, ensuring that the enlarged brim is fully attached to the surface of the workpiece, and confirm that the rivets completely penetrate all the laminated materials to be fixed.
Riveting operation: Use a suitable manual, electric, or pneumatic riveting gun to clamp the gun head onto the exposed rivet core, keep the riveting gun and rivet perpendicular, apply stable force to pull the gun body, and the rivet core will drive the tail of the rivet body to expand, firmly clamping the multi-layer workpiece.
Complete riveting: When the tension reaches the set threshold, the nail core will automatically and neatly break at the preset neck position. Remove the riveting gun to complete the riveting process and form a stable permanent connection.
