Correct usage method

Assembly and fixation: Insert the wear-resistant lining rings into the shaft holes of the card holder, then thread the main hinge shaft into the aligned shaft holes, and finally insert the auxiliary hinge shaft with quick release lock into the positioning hole on the other side, fasten the lock pin to complete the installation and fixation of the entire hinge.
Daily use: After assembly, test the opening and closing stroke of the tailgate to confirm smooth rotation without any jamming; Regularly add lubricating grease through the oil nozzle on the shaft body to reduce wear between the shaft and the lining ring, and avoid problems such as abnormal noise and laborious switching.
