Description
Product Introduction
This 3/8 “x 65mm Nutsetter Power Standard Driver Bit produced by VANGUARD INDUSTRIAL is an industrial grade standard strong magnetic hexagonal socket batch head:
Core parameters: The socket drive specification is 3/8 inch, the overall length is 65mm, and the tail is a universal 1/4 inch hexagonal handle, which can directly adapt to the majority of electric screwdrivers, impact screwdrivers, and pneumatic screwdriver head holders.
Performance characteristics: The overall structure is forged from high-strength alloy steel and undergoes precision quenching and hardening treatment. It has high torsional strength and is not easily deformed or cracked under high-frequency impact operation; The sleeve is equipped with a strong magnetic ring inside, which can firmly hold the corresponding hexagonal nut to prevent the nut from falling off during high-speed operation, greatly improving the efficiency of disassembly and assembly in high-altitude operations and narrow spaces.
It is widely suitable for home appliance installation, automobile maintenance, steel structure assembly and other scenarios. Compared with ordinary manual sockets, it can be used with electric tools, and the efficiency of batch disassembly and assembly of hex nuts can be improved several times. It is a high durability tool for industrial high-frequency operation scenarios.
🛠️ Usage
Preparation in advance
Confirm that the specification of the hex nut to be disassembled is 3/8 inch, clean the rust and debris on the surface of the nut in advance, check the inner wall of the sleeve for wear and deformation, and confirm that the internal magnetic ring suction is normal.
Installation operation
Fully insert the hexagonal handle of the batch head into the chuck of the electric/pneumatic tool, confirm that the chuck is locked in place, fully wrap the sleeve around the hexagonal nut, rely on the internal magnetic ring to firmly attach and fix the nut, keep the axis of the batch head and nut completely aligned, and start the tool to apply uniform force for tightening operation, avoiding forced force at an inclined angle to prevent sleeve breakage or nut corners from being rounded.
Precautions
Do not overload the rated torque for a long time during use to avoid batch head breakage; Regularly check the wear of the inner wall of the sleeve. If there are obvious rounded edges or a significant decrease in magnetic ring suction, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner to prevent slipping and damaging fasteners during operation; When idle, it is recommended to store in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid long-term moisture and corrosion. At the same time, keep away from electronic precision components to avoid strong magnetic demagnetization or interference with electronic devices.
