Environment and tool preparation: Choose a suitable environment of 10 ℃ -38 ℃ for installation, prepare cleaning agents, lint free dry cloth, scraper and other tools, and heat the bonding area in advance in a low-temperature environment to ensure the normal adhesion of the backing adhesive.
Surface pretreatment: Use a cleaning agent to thoroughly remove oil and dust from the area of the car body to be pasted, then wipe it with a quick drying solvent and immediately wipe it dry with a dry cloth to ensure that the pasting surface is completely dry and clean, and to avoid impurities affecting the firmness of the pasting.
Installation and fixation: Slowly remove the adhesive backing paper of the reflective sticker, align it with the preset position, and gradually press and adhere it from the center of the sticker to the surrounding areas. Use a scraper to repeatedly scrape off any residual bubbles under the sticker, ensuring that the label and the vehicle body are completely tightly adhered; If long-term high-strength fixation is required, rivet tools can be used to reinforce the rivet by marking the reserved holes at the four corners.
Compliance verification: Confirm that the installation position of the identification will not obstruct the signal devices such as taillights and turn signals of the vehicle, and that the lower edge of the identification is not less than 380mm above the ground, in compliance with the relevant specifications for the installation of reflective signs on motor vehicles.
Daily maintenance: Regularly clean the stains on the surface of the signs, check if there are any raised edges, and replace the reflective layer in a timely manner if it is found to be worn or the signs are blurry, always ensuring the reflective and visible effect of the warning signs.
