Description

It has strong compatibility for replacement and installation, and can be directly replaced and used without additional modification of the vehicle body

Correct usage method
Pre installation alignment: Thread the threaded section of the lock rod through the preset installation hole of the truck tailgate, insert the matching lock nut, and preliminarily adjust the extension position of the lock rod to ensure that the L-shaped handle does not collide or interfere with the vehicle body when rotating.
Locking operation: After closing the tailgate, turn the L-shaped handle to drive the locking rod to tighten, so that the locking hook is firmly engaged in the locking slot of the vehicle body. Continue to apply force to rotate until the tailgate is completely sealed without any gaps or shaking. Finally, tighten the matching nut to lock it in place, avoiding the lock from loosening due to bumps during transportation.
Unlocking operation: When it is necessary to open the tailgate for unloading, first loosen the anti loosening nut and rotate the L-shaped handle in the opposite direction to fully release the locking rod from the locking slot, and then the tailgate can be opened smoothly to complete the unloading operation.
Daily maintenance: After each use, a small amount of anti rust lubricating oil can be applied to the threaded section. Regularly check whether the bending part of the lock rod is deformed and whether the thread is worn. If any abnormalities are found, replace them in a timely manner to avoid material leakage caused by lock failure during transportation.
