Core material composition
It is based on ordinary plywood, with a layer of FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic, commonly glass fiber-reinforced plastic) surface layer compounded on the surface of the board. The two are tightly combined through bonding technology, retaining the structural stability of the plywood while adding the excellent properties of FRP materials.
II. Main performance characteristics
Lightweight and High Strength: FRP has a density of only 1/6 to 1/4 that of steel. The overall weight of the composite board is significantly lower than traditional metal boards, while its bending strength is much higher than ordinary plywood. After being prestressed and strengthened, its load-bearing capacity can be further enhanced.
Weather resistance and corrosion resistance: It can be used for long-term in an environment ranging from -30℃ to 90℃, and is resistant to corrosion from acid, alkali, and salt spray. It is not prone to aging or deformation, making it suitable for special environments with high corrosion and humidity.
Excellent practical properties: It possesses flame retardant, easy-to-clean, mold-proof, and antibacterial properties, with a self-cleaning effect similar to that of lotus leaves on its surface, making daily maintenance easy.
Easy to install: No special tools are required. It can be directly cut with a regular electric saw, and fixed using rivets or glue, significantly reducing construction costs.
III. Common application scenarios
This type of panel is commonly used for the panels of truck bodies and RV interiors. It can also serve as wall and roofing materials for warehouses and industrial plants. Some high-specification products can even be applied to ship decks and decorative enclosures in food processing workshops.
