Description
The overall structure is made of thickened high-strength galvanized steel, which is welded together. Compared with ordinary aluminum alloy ladders, it has stronger structural rigidity and significantly improved load-bearing capacity. At the same time, the galvanized layer has excellent anti rust and anti collision performance. It is used in harsh working conditions such as muddy water and heavy load impact on construction sites for a long time, and is not easily deformed, corroded or aged. Its service life is much longer than that of ordinary lightweight ladders.
The height design of the two-step staircase is suitable for short distance climbing needs of about 60cm. The surface of the staircase has been treated with anti slip drilling, providing sufficient friction for stepping. Even in mud and water conditions, it can effectively prevent personnel from slipping and falling when climbing up and down, ensuring the safety of high-altitude operations.
Equipped with an integrated embedded sliding installation frame, it can be directly and stably embedded in the side of the carriage and cabin. It is equipped with a locking spring pin structure, which can be quickly pulled out and unfolded during use. When idle, it can be completely stored and hidden, without shaking, abnormal noise or even falling off during vehicle operation, and does not occupy additional external space.
The overall structure has undergone heavy-duty reinforcement design, which can stably carry the total weight of heavy tools carried by a single person. Long term high-frequency use is also less likely to cause structural deformation and loose connections, and requires almost no complex maintenance.
Correct usage method
Installation and fixation: Pre weld or bolt the supporting installation frame onto the predetermined installation position of the carriage/cabin, ensuring that the frame is connected to the vehicle body without looseness. After completion, test the smoothness of the ladder body in the sliding groove to confirm that there is no jamming.
Unfold and use: Unlock the spring lock pin on the side, pull down the two-step ladder body from the inside of the frame, and when the ladder body is fully unfolded, the lock pin will automatically lock into the positioning hole. After hearing the “click” locking sound, gently shake the ladder body to confirm complete locking, and then face the ladder body to grasp the two sides of the ladder frame, step on the anti slip steps to complete the climbing operation.
Storage and return to position: After completing the high-altitude task, gently press the unlock spring pin to fully push the ladder body into the frame, release the lock pin to allow it to fit into the storage positioning hole, confirm that the ladder body is completely fixed and will not slide out on its own, and then start the vehicle normally.
Safety precautions: Do not stand at the edge of the steps during operation, and keep the center of gravity of the body in the center area of the two ladder frames; The metal ladder body has conductivity and is strictly prohibited from being used near high-voltage live areas; Avoid using this ladder to climb high in strong wind weather to prevent the risk of tipping and falling.
