🛠️ Usage Instructions
Preparation Before Use
First, check whether the air pressure of the connected air source falls within the normal operating range specified by the equipment. Then, inject a small amount of special lubricating oil into the tool’s air inlet, and replace the gun head guide nozzle with a matching specification based on the diameter of the rivet to be used.
Formal riveting operation
Insert the core end of the blind rivet into the gun head guide, align the rivet with the pre-drilled riveting hole in the workpiece and press it firmly against the surface. Pull the tool trigger, and the equipment will automatically pull the core, causing the rivet body to expand and deform within the workpiece hole. Once the core is pulled through, the single riveting operation is completed.
Post-closing Procedures and Precautions
After completing the work, disconnect the air source and promptly remove the broken rivet cores accumulated in the tool set’s magazine. It is strictly prohibited to pull the trigger without loading rivets, and the gun head must not be aimed at any person to prevent safety accidents.
