The installation method is as follows:
Pre installation positioning process
First, lay out and pre assemble the entire 8.3-meter long profile on the ground according to the construction drawings, align the concave convex interlocking structure at both ends of the profile in advance, and confirm that the joint interface gap is controlled within 3mm to avoid the trouble of secondary adjustment at high altitude or inside the carriage.
Main body fixed installation
For the steel structure base of carriages/containers: First, weld steel connection plates at the corresponding positions of the steel structure, and then use stainless steel bolts to lock the side reinforcement ribs and connection plates of the aluminum profiles. There is no need to open additional holes in the stress area of the profiles to ensure structural strength.
For aluminum car body substrates: 90 ° concealed connections can be directly made using corner codes and L-shaped corner groove connectors. The connectors can be embedded into the preset slots of the profiles, and the T-shaped nuts can be tightened to complete the fixation. There is no need for welding throughout the entire process, making it environmentally friendly and easy to disassemble and assemble.
Debugging and acceptance
After installation, adjust the overall levelness of the profile, confirm that the whole long rail is free of edge warping and shaking, and the splices of adjacent profiles are kept straight. Finally, complete the embedding of the side sealant strip to ensure the waterproof and dust-proof performance of the overall structure.
