Preparation in advance
Confirm that the size of the door opening to be installed matches the specifications of the bolt, clean the dust and oil around the opening in advance, ensure that the installation contact surface is clean and dry, check that the red rubber ring of the bolt is not damaged, and that the yellow locking coating at the thread is not detached or damaged.
Installation operation
Align the bolt with the opening on the outside of the door and thread it through. Align the matching nut on the other side and manually pre tighten it, keeping the direction of force and the axis of the screw perpendicular to the surface of the door. Tighten it evenly until the red rubber ring is moderately compressed and the disc head is completely attached to the surface of the door. Precautions
