🔍 Product Introduction
This is a compliant and long-lasting safety warning sign designed specifically for large trucks and construction vehicles. It relies on 3M ultra strong reflective technology and can achieve long-distance high brightness reverse reflection effect when illuminated by other vehicles’ lights in low visibility environments such as night, rain, and haze. It clearly conveys the warning message of “no overtaking” and greatly improves the visibility of the rear of large vehicles, effectively avoiding overtaking collision accidents caused by inner wheel difference when large vehicles turn. The product has excellent UV resistance, outdoor aging resistance, and sand and gravel impact resistance. Under normal use conditions, it can maintain stable reflective performance for a long time and comply with domestic and international regulations for motor vehicle safety pasting.
🛠️ Usage
Environmental preparation: Select a scenario with an ambient temperature between 10 ℃ and 38 ℃ for installation. When the temperature is too low, the surface of the vehicle to be installed can be heated in advance to ensure the bonding effect.
Surface pretreatment: Clean the installation position at the rear of the vehicle, completely remove oil, dust, and water stains, wipe with isopropanol quick drying solvent, and dry with a dry cloth before the solvent completely evaporates to ensure a dry and smooth surface.
Installation and fixation: Tear off the adhesive protective layer on the back of the sticker, align it with the designated position, and lightly press to preliminarily fix it. Use a scraper to repeatedly press the sticker as a whole, eliminate internal bubbles, and make the sticker fully adhere to the vehicle body; Alternatively, the reserved holes at the four corners can be reinforced with rivets to adapt to long-term outdoor use scenarios of metal car bodies.
Daily maintenance: Regularly check the condition of the stickers, clean surface stains in a timely manner, and replace them in a timely manner to ensure that the warning effect is always effective in case of warping, large-scale stains and detachment.
