Curtain Track Stop Bolt

Description

This Curtain Track Stop Bolt is a specialized limit fixing kit for curtain tracks produced by VANGUARD INDUSTRIAL. It is made of galvanized metal material, which is rust resistant and durable. Its core function is to limit the sliding stroke of the curtain, prevent it from sliding out of the end of the track, prevent the track from being deformed by long-term impact, and also avoid safety hazards such as hand pinching and derailment when children play with the curtain.
The kit includes 4 types of core accessories:
Outer hexagon bolt: provides core locking force for fastening
Tooth shaped T-shaped nut: adapted to the groove structure of the curtain track, the side serrations can firmly bite the inner wall of the track, preventing displacement and slipping
Spring washer: provides anti loosening elasticity after locking, avoiding bolt loosening and falling off after long-term use
Metal flat gasket: increases the contact force area, disperses the locking pressure, and avoids damaging the track surface
🔧 Standard usage method
First, insert the toothed T-shaped nut into the preset slot of the curtain track, slide it to the curtain limit position you want to set, and make the serrated surface of the nut tightly adhere to the inner wall of the track.
Insert the flat washer and spring washer onto the outer hexagon bolt in sequence, align with the threaded hole of the T-shaped nut, and screw in.
Use tools to slowly tighten the bolts, adjust the position during the process to make sure that the curtain can just be stopped when sliding here, and finally fully lock to complete the installation.
⚠️ Precautions for use
Before installation, it is necessary to clean the dust and debris inside the track to avoid them getting stuck between the nut and the track, which may cause loose fixation.
Moderate locking force is sufficient, excessive force can easily deform the track, and insufficient force can cause the problem of displacement and failure of the stop bolt.
According to the opening and closing stroke requirements of the curtains, a set can be installed at each end of the track to limit the sliding range of the curtains in both directions.
