🛠️ Standard usage method
Pre drilling: Drill a through-hole with a diameter of approximately 4.1-4.2mm on the workpiece to be connected, ensuring that the rivet can be smoothly inserted
Placement of rivets: Insert the rivet completely into the pre drilled hole of the workpiece from the round head side, ensuring that the rivet round head is tightly attached to the surface of the workpiece
Riveting operation: Install the slender rivet rod of the rivet into the corresponding manual/pneumatic riveting gun head, straighten the riveting gun, and start the riveting smoothly
Complete riveting: Continuously pull the nail rod, and the end of the nail sleeve will gradually expand to form a three petal support head. When the tension reaches the threshold, the nail rod will break at the preset neck position. After hearing the “click” sound, the riveting gun can be removed and the riveting operation is completed.
