This is a specialized pneumatic quick connector for the 4001LV model pneumatic rivet gun, which is the core connecting accessory of the riveting tool’s pneumatic system
Structural design: Adopting a 90 degree elbow shape, paired with a red anti slip rolling knob, it can adapt to narrow operating spaces, avoid interference from pipe bending and riveting operations, and achieve quick disassembly and assembly, without the need for additional tools to complete the on/off operation of the air circuit.
Material and Performance: The main body is made of high-strength alloy material, with a hardened and rust proof surface treatment. It has excellent sealing performance and can be stably locked under the working pressure of conventional pneumatic tools of 5-7 bar, without air leakage or loosening problems. It can adapt to the air connection needs of the vast majority of industrial grade pneumatic riveting guns.

🔧 Instructions for Use
Pre installation docking: Align the elbow end with external threads of the connector with the air inlet thread of the 4001LV rivet gun, manually tighten it, and reinforce it with a hexagonal auxiliary position to ensure complete thread engagement and avoid air leakage caused by installation misalignment.
Air connection: Align the standard quick plug air hose connector on the side of the pneumatic air compressor with the quick plug end of this accessory and insert it. After hearing a “click” sound, confirm that the connector is fully engaged and locked, and gently pull the air hose to confirm that it will not loosen.
Homework debugging: Turn on the air compressor, adjust the intake air pressure to the standard working range required by the rivet gun, check that there is no air leakage or abnormal noise at the joint connection, and then start the rivet gun normally to carry out riveting operation.
Storage and maintenance: After completing the task, simply press the red anti slip knob to quickly unlock and disconnect the air circuit, making it convenient to store tools quickly. When idle for a long time, apply a small amount of anti rust lubricant to the joint thread to extend the service life of the accessories.
