🔧 Usage
Preprocessing: Drill suitable through holes on the workpiece to be connected, with a diameter slightly larger than the rivet diameter. At the same time, clean the burrs and debris on the mating surface of the workpiece, eliminate gaps between the workpieces, and ensure tight splicing.
Placement of rivets: Insert the rivets into the pre drilled holes from the outside of the workpiece, ensuring that the heads of the rivets with colored washers are fully attached to the surface of the workpiece, and confirm that the rivets completely penetrate all the laminated materials to be fixed.
Riveting operation: Use a suitable pneumatic or electric high-strength riveting gun to clamp the gun head onto the exposed nail core, smoothly apply force to pull the gun body, and the nail core will drive the tail of the rivet body to expand evenly, forming a dispersed drum shaped head and clamping the workpiece over a large area.
Completion of riveting: When the tension reaches the set threshold, the nail core will break neatly at the preset neck position, and the gasket will synchronously press and seal the nail hole. The lock core structure automatically locks the nail core and rivet body, and the riveting gun is removed to complete the riveting, ultimately forming a high load, anti loosening and leak proof permanent connection.
