🔧 Usage
Preprocessing: Drill suitable through holes on the workpiece to be connected according to the rivet specifications, with a diameter slightly larger than the rivet diameter. At the same time, clean the burrs and debris on the mating surface of the workpiece, eliminate gaps between the workpieces, and ensure tight splicing.
Placement of rivets: Insert the rivet into the pre drilled hole from the outside of the workpiece, ensuring that the rivet head is fully attached to the surface of the workpiece. Confirm that the rivet completely penetrates all the laminated materials to be fixed, and that the total thickness of the workpiece falls within the clamping range of 2.1~9.5mm.
Riveting operation: Use a suitable pneumatic or electric high-strength riveting gun to clamp the gun head onto the exposed nail core, smoothly apply force to pull the gun body, and the nail core will drive the tail of the rivet body to expand, forming a stable upsetting head to clamp the workpiece.
Completion of riveting: When the tension reaches the set threshold, the nail core will break neatly at the preset neck position, and the internal locking structure will automatically lock the nail core and rivet body. The riveting gun will be removed to complete the riveting, ultimately forming a high-strength permanent connection without looseness.
