Preprocessing: First, drill suitable through holes on the workpiece to be connected according to the rivet specifications. The hole diameter should be 0.1-0.2mm larger than the rivet diameter. At the same time, clean the oil and dust on the surface of the workpiece to ensure a tight fit.
Placement of rivets: Insert the rivets into the pre drilled holes from the outside of the workpiece, ensuring that the round head is tightly attached to the surface of the workpiece and that the rivets completely penetrate all the laminated materials to be fixed.
Riveting operation: Align the head of the dedicated manual/electric/pneumatic riveting gun with the exposed nail core, clamp it tightly, and continue to apply force to pull the gun body. The nail core will drive the tail of the riveting body to expand, firmly clamping the multi-layer workpiece.
Conclusion completed: When the tension reaches the preset threshold, the nail core will automatically break at the designated neck position, and the riveting gun will be removed to complete the riveting. The internal locking structure will automatically lock to ensure long-term stability and prevent loosening of the connection.
