Description
Product Introduction
This PH4 x 50mm cross standard plug-in screwdriver head produced by VANGUARD INDUSTRIAL is an industrial grade high durability screwdriver accessory specially designed for large-scale screw operations:
Core parameters: The head is a standard PH4 large-sized cross specification with a total length of 50mm. The handle adopts a universal 6.3mm (1/4 “) hexagonal quick change interface, fully compatible with high-power electric screwdrivers, pneumatic screwdrivers, heavy-duty hand drills and other tools.
Material performance: The overall material is forged from S2 alloy steel, and after professional heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC58-60. It has excellent torsional strength and stronger impact and wear resistance compared to ordinary carbon steel batch heads. It is also less prone to problems such as breakage, bar breakage, and slipping under high torque conditions, and its service life is much longer than that of ordinary economical batch heads.
Applicable scenarios: Specially adapted for M8 and above large-sized cross screws, widely used in heavy-duty machinery assembly, steel structure installation, large equipment maintenance, engineering machinery disassembly and other heavy-duty operation scenarios, it is a high reliability tool accessory for industrial heavy-duty working conditions.
🛠️ Usage
Installation docking
Fully insert the hexagonal handle of the screwdriver head into the quick change chuck of the high-power electric/pneumatic screwdriver, confirm that the chuck spring is fully engaged in the positioning groove of the screwdriver head, shake it without looseness, and then complete the installation to avoid the screwdriver head coming out during high torque operations.
Alignment homework
Fully insert the PH4 crosshead into the corresponding cross groove of the large-sized screw, ensuring that the screwdriver head is completely perpendicular to the screw end face, and avoiding one-sided tilting that may cause the screwdriver head to break or the screw groove to slip. Apply axial pressure evenly after starting the tool, match the corresponding torque according to the screw specifications, and avoid sudden violent impact to prevent the batch head from overloading and breaking.
Maintenance and storage
After use, remove the batch head from the tool, clean the metal debris and oil stains attached to the surface, check that the cutting edge is not worn or damaged, and store it in a dry toolbox to avoid scratching the cutting edge with other hard objects. Long term storage can apply a thin layer of anti rust oil on the surface to extend the service life.
