Description
Product Introduction
This PH2 x 25mm cross standard plug-in batch head produced by VANGUARD INDUSTRIAL is an industrial grade high durability screwdriver accessory:
Core parameters: The head adopts the standard PH2 cross specification, with a total effective length of 25mm. The handle adopts a universal 6.3mm (1/4 “) hexagonal quick change interface, which is compatible with most electric screwdrivers, pneumatic screwdrivers, hand drills and other tools.
Material performance: The overall material is forged from S2 alloy steel, and after a mature heat treatment process, the hardness can reach HRC60-62. Compared with ordinary carbon steel batch heads, it has better wear resistance, impact resistance, and torsional strength. It is not easy to encounter problems such as chipping, rolling, and slipping in daily use, and its service life is much longer than that of ordinary economical batch heads.
Applicable scenarios: Widely covering industrial assembly, automotive maintenance, home appliance installation, furniture DIY assembly and other scenarios, it perfectly adapts to the majority of conventional M3-M5 specification cross slot screws and is a highly versatile basic tool accessory.
🛠️ Usage
Installation docking
Fully insert the hexagonal handle of the screwdriver head into the quick change chuck of the electric/pneumatic screwdriver, confirm that the retaining spring is fully engaged in the positioning groove of the screwdriver head, and shake it without looseness to complete the installation. Some screwdriver heads with strong magnetic components can directly attach screws without the need for manual support to complete alignment.
Alignment homework
Fully insert the PH2 crosshead into the cross groove of the screw, ensuring that the screwdriver head is perpendicular to the end face of the screw, and avoiding one-sided tilting that may cause the screwdriver head to break or the screw groove to slip. Apply axial pressure evenly after starting the tool, control the speed and torque, and avoid sudden violent pressure.
Maintenance and storage
After use, remove the batch head from the tool, clean the metal debris and oil stains attached to the surface, check that the cutting edge is not worn or damaged, and store it in a dry toolbox to avoid scratching the cutting edge with other hard objects. Long term storage can apply a thin layer of anti rust oil on the surface to extend the service life.
