Preparation in advance
Confirm that the pre drilled hole size of the workpiece to be connected is compatible with the M12 screw, prepare the corresponding specifications of M12 hex nuts, flat washers, spring washers, and compatible socket or torque wrenches, and inspect the bolt threads in advance for defects such as burrs, deformation, and coating detachment to ensure that the threads are clean and free of debris.
Installation operation
Insert the bolt into the pre drilled hole of the workpiece, sequentially insert the flat washer and spring washer, and tighten the matching nut; When tightening, keep the direction of force applied by the wrench aligned with the axis of the screw to avoid tilting force. Use a torque wrench to evenly lock the bolt according to the standard torque value corresponding to the 8.7 grade bolt, and the best state is when the nut is exposed 1-2 teeth after tightening.
Precautions
It is not recommended to use a high-speed pneumatic wrench for locking to avoid thread locking and biting due to excessive locking speed; If the bolt experiences damage such as thread slippage or screw deformation after disassembly, it must be scrapped and cannot be reused.
