Preparation in advance
Confirm that the pre opening size of the workpiece to be connected is compatible with the M16 screw, prepare the corresponding specifications of M16 hex nuts, flat washers, spring washers, and compatible socket wrenches or high-precision torque wrenches, and inspect the bolt threads in advance for defects such as burrs, deformation, and coating detachment.
Installation operation
Insert the bolt into the pre drilled hole of the workpiece, sequentially insert the flat washer and spring washer, and tighten the matching nut; Use a torque wrench to gradually tighten the bolts according to the standard torque value corresponding to 8.10 grade bolts, to avoid loose connections caused by insufficient torque or screw breakage caused by torque overload.
Precautions
Grade 8.10 high-strength bolts cannot be reused.
