Preparatory Work

Installation operation
Insert the washer onto the M14 bolt rod and place it between the bolt head and the contact surface of the connected component, then proceed with the subsequent nut tightening operation. If spring washers are required, follow the installation sequence of “flat washer pressed against the workpiece surface, spring washer placed between the flat washer and the nut.”.
Precautions
When tightening the nut, maintain the torque within a reasonable range to prevent the washer from deforming under overload and losing its stress-distributing function.
