🛠️ Usage Method
Installation Preprocessing: Select an appropriate working environment at 10°C to 38°C, thoroughly clean the oil stains, rust, and dust from the preset installation surface at the rear of the vehicle, ensure the mounting surface is flat and dry, and avoid impurities affecting the firmness of the fixation.
Fixed Installation: This sign is an aluminum hard signboard, primarily secured via screws/rivets through pre-drilled holes. Double-sided tape or wire binding alone is not recommended. Ensure the signboard is level and correctly oriented directly behind the vehicle, with an installation angle deviation not exceeding 5°.
Compliance Verification: Ensure the installation location of the markings does not obstruct the vehicle’s taillights, license plate, or other signal components. The lower edge of the markings must be no less than 400mm above the ground, while the upper edge height should be within the range of 1500mm to 2100mm, meeting the marking installation requirements for over-dimensional transport vehicles.
**Daily Maintenance**: Regularly clean dust and stains from the surface of the signs to prevent covering the reflective layer and reducing visibility. During routine inspections, if any deformation, wear of the reflective layer, or blurring of the sign content is observed, promptly replace the signs with new ones to ensure continuous warning effectiveness.
