Preprocessing: Select a suitable environment of 10 ℃ -38 ℃ for installation, thoroughly remove oil and dust from the installation area at the rear of the vehicle using a cleaning agent, wipe with a quick drying solvent, and immediately dry with a dry cloth to ensure that the bonding surface is completely dry and clean. In low-temperature environments, the bonding area can be heated in advance to ensure that the adhesive strength of the backing is properly exerted.
Positioning and fixation: After aligning with the preset installation position, slowly peel off the adhesive backing paper of the sticker, gradually press and fit from the center of the label to the surrounding areas, and use a scraper to repeatedly scrape off the residual bubbles under the sticker, ensuring that the label and the vehicle body are completely tightly attached; If long-term high-strength fixation is required, rivet tools can be used to reinforce the rivet by marking the reserved holes at the four corners.
Compliance verification: Confirm that the installation position of the identification will not obstruct the signal devices such as taillights and license plates of the vehicle, and that the height of the lower edge of the identification from the ground is not less than 380mm, which meets the relevant specifications for the installation of reflective signs at the rear of motor vehicles.
Daily maintenance: Regularly clean the stains on the surface of the signs, check if there are any raised edges, and replace the reflective layer in a timely manner if it is found to be worn or the text signs are blurred, always ensuring the reflective and visible effect of the warning signs.
