Preparatory work

Inspect the bolt threads for defects such as burrs, deformation, or coating peeling.
Installation Operation
Insert the bolt through the pre-drilled hole in the workpiece, sequentially place the flat washer and spring washer, and tighten the matching nut. Use a torque wrench to gradually tighten according to the standard torque value corresponding to the 8.8-grade bolt, avoiding insufficient torque that may cause loosening or excessive torque leading to bolt fracture.
Precautions
Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts must not be reused; it is recommended to replace them with new bolts after disassembly before reassembly. In critical connections subjected to dynamic loads, auxiliary measures such as anti-loosening washers and thread-locking adhesives can be employed to further enhance connection reliability.
