Placement of rivets: Insert the rivets into the drilled holes from the outside of the workpiece, ensuring that the enlarged brim is fully attached to the surface of the workpiece, and ensuring that the rivets completely penetrate all the laminated materials to be fixed.
Riveting operation: Use a suitable manual, electric, or pneumatic riveting gun to clamp the gun head onto the exposed nail core, smoothly apply force to pull the gun body, and the nail core will drive the tail of the rivet body to expand, firmly clamping the multi-layer workpiece.
Completion of riveting: When the tension reaches the set threshold, the nail core will automatically break at the preset neck position. The entire riveting process is completed by pulling down the riveting gun, and the opening structure will evenly open the tail to form a stable riveting effect.
