Description

Material performance upgrade: Adopting thickened high-strength 6-series aluminum alloy integrated extrusion molding, the thickness of the door frame aluminum profile is ≥ 1.5mm, the tensile strength is ≥ 160MPa, the specified non proportional elongation strength is ≥ 110MPa, and the elongation at break is ≥ 8. While maintaining the advantages of lightweight and rust resistance of aluminum alloy, the structural rigidity is greatly improved.
Heavy load structure design: Equipped with a reinforced double link support mechanism, the door can stably withstand the lateral pressure generated by wheat grain piles of more than 7 meters after being closed, fully meeting the anti deformation safety requirements of heavy-duty grain storage, without the problems of ordinary light grain doors being compressed and the connecting rods being deformed.
High reliability sealing configuration: The door gap is sealed with EPDM rubber sealing strips, which have the characteristics of anti oxidative aging, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and grain wear resistance. Long term use can also maintain excellent sealing performance, effectively blocking insect invasion and reducing the leakage of fumigant.
Significant improvement in durability: All movable hinge components are made of 304 stainless steel material, which can be used in harsh conditions such as high humidity and high grain dust in grain silos for a long time without rusting or jamming problems. It does not require frequent maintenance and has a much longer service life than ordinary steel grain doors.
