XPS core material density: 30~40kg/m³, with a closed cell rate of up to 99%, and stable insulation performance
II. Core Performance Features
It combines the advantages of two types of materials: the FRP surface layer provides high strength, corrosion resistance, and UV resistance, while the XPS closed-cell core material achieves excellent thermal insulation and lightweight overall. It is over 40% lighter than traditional metal side panels, and also features B1-grade flame retardancy, waterproofing, and moisture resistance. Its normal service life can reach 30 to 40 years.

This type of side panel is most commonly used as the side enclosure panel of refrigerated vehicles and recreational vehicles. It can also be used for the side panels of mobile shelters and special communication cabinets.
